I bought this to try because I have knee pain and arthritis of the hands. It works if you put on at least five to ten minutes an area. I sometimes put it on my knees for 30 minutes, it shuts off on its own at 30 minutes . I use it on my hands and it helps relieve pain. I use it everyday usually at nighttime and l am happy with my purchase . I thought it was a high price for what it is but it helps and I don’t regret buying it !
I was skeptical at first but after putting it on different places like my knee or shoulder.If you put it on a little longer than five ten minutes you will definitely feel better! I now am putting it on my arthritis in my hands and it works great! I thought it might be a little expensive but when it works it is worth it ! It also shuts off after 30 minutes on its own which is great because I have fallen asleep with it on and this helps not overwhelming the light use. I would recommend this for all joint pain and arthritis!
