Do You Charge Sales Tax?

We charge sales tax in every U.S. state that has a sales tax.

Is My Credit Card Information Protected On Your Site?

Our payment processing partner is Stripe, Inc. They are certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, the most stringent level of certification available in the industry. Your credit card information is transmitted to us through a highly secure SSL connection. Once in the system your credit card information is encrypted and we do not store an sensitive card information.

How Can I Track My Order?

We provide tracking information in your shipment confirmation email that is sent out once your item has been shipped. You can also view this information online in your account under "Track an Order" or on the Orders Tab.

Why Doesn't My Packing Slip Match My Order Receipt?

The packing slip does not include taxes and shipping fees.

How Do I Cancel Or Adjust My Order?

You can cancel or adjust your order up to 30 minutes after placing it. Please visit your Order History page to cancel or adjust your order.

How Will I Know When My Order Has Shipped?

We will email a Shipment Confirmation with details of your order and shipment date.

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive Once It's Shipped?

Delivery time will depend upon the shipping method.

When Do You Charge My Credit Card For My Order?

We authorize and charge your credit card at the time the order is placed.

 

I Gave The Wrong Shipping Address, What Can I Do?

In the event that you provided the wrong shipping address and already received your tracking number, please contact the carrier directly. If you have noticed this mistake within 30 minutes of purchase please contact our customer support team.  

 

I Already Checked Out But I Added A Product To My Cart By Accident. What Should I Do?

We allow 30 minutes from time of purchase to cancel or adjust. Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible so that they can update your order and adjust as needed.

How Do I Redeem My Store Credit?

Your store credit will be available for use at checkout.

I Received An Email Saying There Is A Problem With My Order. What Does This Mean?

Order problems may refer to a variety of situations. Any questions regarding the email please contact Customer Service.

I Did Not Receive An Order Confirmation?

Log in to your account to confirm your order has been received. Click on your Orders Tab to view your order history.

I Did Not Receive A Shipment Confirmation?

You can verify your order status or shipment by visiting your Orders page.

RETURNS

What Is Your Return Policy?

We allow returns within 30-days of purchase. Please see our Return Policy Page to review our full policy.

How Do I Receive Authorization For A Return?

Please email returns@saybine.com with your Order Number, items you wish to return, and images of the unopened, unused or damaged/incorrect product as depicted in our return policy.

Why Didn't I Receive A Full Refund On My Return?

Return shipping charges via UPS are applied and deducted accordingly. If a third party gift card, such as The Spa & Wellness Gift Card, was applied towards your purchase, the gift card balance will be posted to your account as a store credit and will not be re-issued to the gift card.

If I Place An Order With Multiple Payment Types How Will I Be Refunded?

If a gift card or store credit was used for a purchase with a credit card, and an item is returned, the amount paid with store credit or a gift card will be reposted to your account as store credit. If there is an additional balance due, it will be returned to the secondary form of payment.

What Gift Cards can be applied to me order?

At this time Saybine.com accepts The Spa & Wellness Gift Card by Spa Week as a form of payment. Please note, Saybine.com DOES NOT accept any promotional or bonus gift cards as payment.

How Can I Apply A Gift Card To My Order?

At checkout you will be given the option to apply a gift card to your order. Only one gift card can be applied per order. Please follow all prompts to apply the gift card to your order. If any remaining balance is do on your order after the gift card is supplied you will be asked to supply your credit card for the remainder.

What If There Is More Money On My Gift Card Then I Need To Purchase My Items?

Any gift card used on saybine.com will be redeemed in full at time of checkout. Any additional funds remaining after the completion of your order will be posted to your saybine.com account as a store credit.
