This strong but ultra-gentle, bi-phase makeup remover will effortlessly dissolve long-wear and waterproof eye makeup around the sensitive skin surrounding the eyes. Clarins dual-phase formula includes ultra-fine oils with Organic Cornflower and Organic Rose floral waters to soothe, refresh, and moisturize while removing even stubborn eye makeup

How To Use:

Shake well before using. Soak a cotton pad with eye makeup remover
Hold gently over eyelids for 10 seconds to dissolve eye makeup
Sweep down along lashes from root to tip, without rubbing or tugging
Sweep up along the underside of lashes, lifting as you go
Fold cotton pad and following the natural direction of lymphatic circulation, gently wipe the pad toward the outer corner of the eye
