i've been using this cleanser morning at night for six months now. it has completely cleared my acne. I used to have bumps on my forehead and cheeks and chin and now it's all pretty much gone. I also cut down on the sugar and dairy a ton so I think that also made a difference. And then I drank like 80 ounces of water each day. And now my skin is clear For the first time in seven years!
